Adaptive Vision Studio 4.10

Version 4.10 is here! The most prominent changes we implemented for you are:

There are two new deep learning tools: DetectAnomalies2 and SegmentInstances.
There is a C++ API for training deep neural networks.
User Types are now fully supported in Studio - create your own structures and enumerations.
Several traditional tools (including Edge-based Template Matching and 1D Edge Detection) were optimized aggressively for most modern processors, reaching speed-up factors of 50% and more for some cases.
